摘要
依托东莞国贸中心T2塔楼工程,设计一套5支腿智能顶升钢平台系统,该系统由承力系统、动力与控制系统、挂架系统、模板系统及智慧工地系统组成。对该系统在使用过程中的施工工艺流程及操作要点进行分析与应用,通过实际应用可知,该系统满足施工作业人员正常安全操作要求,且能保证施工质量。通过工艺优化,施工进度实现了突破。
Based on Dongguan World Trade Center T2 tower project,an intelligent lifting platform system with five legs is designed.The system consists of a load-bearing system,a power and control system,a pylon system,a formwork system,and a smart site system.The construction process and operation points of the system in use are analyzed and applied.Through practical application,the system can meet the normal safety operation requirements of construction workers and ensure the construction quality.Through process optimization,the construction progress has achieved a breakthrough.
