摘要
介绍紧邻地铁超深基坑嵌岩地下连续墙关键施工技术,针对施工难题创新采用旋挖机、成槽机、冲孔锤与铣槽机等组合机械成槽施工技术,并结合咬合桩及三重管高压旋喷桩对地下连续墙槽壁进行双重防护,保障地铁隧道安全。利用BIM三维实况模拟技术对地下连续墙施工工况进行模拟分析,并通过全自动化监测系统动态检测基坑及地铁隧道变形,有效保证地铁隧道安全。
This paper introduces the key construction technology of the rock-socketed diaphragm wall near the ultra-deep foundation excavation of the subway.In order to solve the construction problems,the combination of rotary excavation machine,slotting machine,punching hammer and slot milling machine is used to form the groove forming construction technology,and combined with the occlusion.Piles and triple-tube high-pressure jet grouting piles are used to double-guard the diaphragm wall to ensure the safety of the subway tunnel.The BIM three-dimensional real-time simulation technology is used to simulate the construction conditions of the diaphragm wall,and the deformation of the foundation excavation and the subway is dynamically detected by the fully automated monitoring system to effectively ensure the safety of the subway tunnel.
