摘要
随着社会经济的发展,国内工程建设市场的进一步扩大,节段拼装技术凭借其机械化、工厂化、专业化的优势和易控制质量、施工速度快、费用低的特点,已成为当前大、中跨度预应力混凝土桥梁主要施工方法。结合包西铁路义南洛河特大桥节段拼装箱梁项目,通过实施一次架设两孔方案、改进造桥机辅助设施设计、优化施工工序,对节段拼装快速施工技术进行了研究和总结,并提及了一些其他有效提高节段拼装速度的施工技术。
With the development of social economy and the further expansion of domestic construction market,segment assembly technology becomes the main construction method of large and medium span prestressing concrete bridges with its advantages of mechanization,industrialization and specialization,easy quality control,fast construction speed and low cost.Combined with the segment assembly box girder project of Yinan Luohe Bridge of Baoxi Railway,this paper studies and summarizes the rapid construction technology of segment assembly by implementing the scheme of erecting two spans at one time,improving the design of auxiliary facilities of bridge-building machine and optimizing the construction process,and mentions some other construction technologies which can effectively improve the speed of segment assembly.
