城市桥梁顶升改造中桥面调平层设计与优化 被引量:6

Design and Optimization of the Fitting Layer in Lifting Technology for Urban Bridge Reconstruction

摘要 以厦门市仙岳路与成功大道立交改造提升工程为背景,以减小调平层自重导致的二期恒载为目的,提出了适用于普通混凝土调平层的3种结构形式,并采用粒子群优化算法得到在相同应力水平下3种不同调平层的最优参数和最大减载率。结果表明,带有拱形钢波纹管内衬的调平层结构能获得接近70%的减载效果。 Owing to the changes of the bridge deck,removing the old paving layer and inserting additional fitting layer between the structural layer and the paving layer are the traditional approach for vertical curve fitting of the bridge deck.Based on Xianyue Road and Chenggong Road reconstruction engineering,this paper proposes three novel concrete fitting layers to reduce their self-weight and utilizes the particle swarm optimization(PSO)to identify their optimal structure parameters and the maximum self-weight reduction ratios.The results show that the arch-type fitting layer with steel tube owns nearly 70%of self-weight reduction.
