摘要 以某矿场中细碎车间4个独立支承的圆锥式破碎机基组为背景,在破碎机启动运行工况下,基组振动异常,基础与地坪交接处出现裂缝。现场对4个基组进行动力特性测试,判别振动状况是否超限。并建立有限元模型,对破碎机基组进行模态和动力时程分析,与实测结果进行对比验证。根据测试和计算分析结果,结合相关标准和已有研究资料,对基组振动异常原因进行分析。 This paper takes the base of four independently supported cone crushers in a fine crushing workshop in a mine.Under the start-up operating conditions of the crusher,the vibration of the base group is abnormal,and cracks appear at the junction of the foundation and the floor.The dynamic characteristics of the four base groups are tested at the site to determine whether the vibration condition exceeds the limit.The finite element model is established to get the modal and dynamic time history analysis of the crusher,and the measured results are compared and verified.According to the test and calculation analysis results,combined with relevant standards and existing research data,the causes of vibration abnormalities in the base group are analyzed.On this basis,this paper summarizes the methods and suggestions for the diagnosis and treatment of vibration abnormalities in the basic group of dynamic machines.
