摘要
装配式混凝土预制空心柱采用模壳形式,内部放置由焊接箍筋网片和柱纵筋组成的柱焊接钢筋笼,柱四面在工厂浇筑混凝土形成预制构件,模壳既作为钢筋保护层参与受力又充当后浇筑混凝土模板,装配式混凝土预制空心柱在施工现场通过可调组合钢筋连接套筒连接柱底纵筋,通过在柱空腔内焊接圆钢箍筋网片十字交点配专用吊带实现快速安装就位,在加快施工进度的同时保证施工质量。
The prefabricated concrete hollow column is in the form of a form,and a column welded steel cage consisting of a welded stirrup mesh and a column longitudinal rib is placed inside,and the concrete is poured on the four sides of the column to form a prefabricated member,and the form shell acts as a reinforcing layer of the steel.The force is also used as a post-casting concrete formwork.The concrete prefabricated hollow column is connected to the longitudinal rib at the bottom of the column through an adjustable combined steel connecting sleeve at the construction site,and the cross-section of the round steel stirrup mesh is welded in the cavity of the concrete prefabricated hollow column.The special slings are quickly installed in place,which speeds up the construction schedule and guarantees the construction quality.
