摘要
通过讨论海外工程的主要技术风险,结合案例分析,详细介绍了施工技术方案风险、设计风险、总价合同的技术风险以及技术风险控制,使国内企业和技术工作人员对海外工程技术风险有一个初步认识。对可能的技术风险进行了举例说明,并对相应的风险控制进行了介绍。
Through the discussion about construction technical risks of overseas project with case studies,this paper introduces risk of construction technology scheme,design risk,technical risk of total price contract and technology risk control,which make domestic enterprises and technical personals to have a preliminary understanding about construction technology management and risk control of overseas projects.The possible technical risks are illustrated with examples,and the corresponding risk control is introduced.
