下穿隧道施工过程中上覆高压电塔稳定性研究 被引量:1

摘要 大连—旅顺中部通道工程6号隧道为大断面浅埋偏压隧道下穿既有高压电塔,掘进采用上下台阶法的施工工艺。该隧道施工风险较高,钻爆施工振动效应影响较大,故采用低扰动控制爆破施工技术,并模拟分析掘进过程中上方电塔的稳定性。现场实施效果和模拟分析表明,钻爆施工过程中有效地降低了爆破振速,控制了高压电塔的不均匀沉降,保证了隧道和高压电塔的稳定性。 No.6 tunnel of Dalian-Lüshun Central Corridor project is a large section shallow-buried eccentric tunnel passing through the existing high-voltage tower.The construction technology with'up and down step method'is adopted in tunneling.The risk of tunnel construction is high and the vibration effect of drilling and blasting construction is great.Therefore,low disturbance controlled blasting is adopted in construction technology,and the stability of the upper tower is simulated and analyzed in excavation process.The results of field implementation and simulation analysis show that the blasting vibration speed is effectively reduced,the uneven settlement of high voltage tower is controlled,and the stability of tunnel and high voltage tower is guaranteed.
