Key Technology of Slip Compensation Construction for Steel TrussStructure of Unequal-length Arc Roof

苏州湾文化中心大剧院观众厅屋盖钢结构为不等长弧形钢桁架结构体系。针对该结构类型及现场施工情况,采用常规施工技术均难以实现。结合该不等长弧形屋盖钢桁架结构的施工实践,从结构补偿滑移体系、补偿滑移施工工艺、屋盖卸载施工等方面介绍一种基于复杂施工空间下的不等长弧形屋盖钢桁架结构补偿滑移施工关键技术。

The roof steel structure of the auditorium of the Grand Theatre of Suzhou Bay Cultural Center is an unequal-length arc steel truss structure system.According to the structure type and site construction situation,conventional construction technology is difficult to achieve.Based on the construction practice of the steel truss structure with unequal arc roof,this paper introduces a key technology of compensation slip construction for the steel truss structure with unequal arc roof based on complex construction space from the aspects of structure compensation slip system,compensation slip construction technology and roof unloading construction.
