摘要
苏州湾文化中心项目由多个单体构成,其中会议中心屋盖为大跨度鱼腹式片状钢桁架,具有质量大、周围作业空间受限等特点,根据其特点选用了液压同步顶升的施工工艺。以该工程为例,介绍了整体顶升技术在大跨度拱桁架施工过程中的成功应用经验,提出顶升过程混凝土梁反顶加固等方法,得出整体顶升施工优于高空散拼施工的结论。
The project of Suzhou Bay Cultural Center is composed of several monomers,the roof of the conference center is a large-span arch truss,which has the characteristics of heavy weight and limited working space.According to its characteristics,the construction technology of hydraulic synchronous lifting is selected.Taking the project as an example,this paper introduces the successful application experience of the integrate lifting technology in the construction of the large-span arch truss,and puts forward solutions to problems such as the reinforcement of concrete beam and the truss excursion during the lifting process.It is concluded that the integral jacking-up construction is superior to the high-altitude loose assembling construction.
