苏州湾文化中心预制板基础胎模快速施工工艺

Fast Construction Technology of Prefabricated Plate Foundation Membrane in Suzhou Bay Cultural Center

目前建筑行业中,地下室基础施工时,承台、电梯井等局部深坑部位的模板支护,一般采用砌筑砖胎模。但此施工方法需要等土方开挖结束、具备施工条件后方可施工,往往会制约工期,增加施工成本。依托苏州湾文化中心项目,对预制板基础胎模快速施工工艺和操作要点进行了介绍。工程实践结果表明,采用该工艺取得了良好的经济与社会效益。

At present,in the construction industry,when the basement foundation is constructed,the formwork support of the partial deep foundation excavation parts such as the caps and elevator shafts is generally made of masonry bricks.However,this construction method needs to wait for the excavation of the earth to be completed,and it has construction conditions,which often restricts the construction period and increases the construction cost.Based on the Suzhou Bay Cultural Center project,this paper discusses the rapid construction process of prefabricated plate foundation membrane.Engineering practice shows that this technology obtains good effect.
