摘要 长沙冰雪世界项目建立于百米深矿坑之中,矿坑中部的混凝土平台采用贝雷架支撑体系进行支模,用钢量达到1. 6万t。该平台混凝土梁及楼板浇筑完成后,由于深矿坑三面封闭且坑底地形复杂,该贝雷架支撑体系的拆除具有很大的难度。为解决贝雷架支撑体系的拆除难题,通过修建临时钢栈桥,合理部署拆除施工工艺,通过手拉葫芦、卷扬机及汽车式起重机等多种机械设备相配合的方式,顺利完成贝雷架支撑体系的拆除,有效解决了该项目的重大难题。 The Changsha Ice and Snow World project is built in a 100-meter depth pit.The concrete platform in the center is supported by the Bailey frame support system.The steel consumption of the Bailey frame support system reaches 16,000 tons.After concreting the concrete beam and floor of the platform,the three sides of the deep mine pit are closed and the topography of the bottom of the pit is complex,so it is very difficult to dismantle the support system of the Bailey frame.In order to solve the problem of demolishing the support system of Bailey frame,the demolition of the support system of Bailey Frame was successfully completed by building temporary steel bridge,rationally deploying the demolition construction technology and cooperating with various mechanical equipment such as hand-pulled hoist,hoist and automobile crane.The major difficulties of the project were effectively solved.
