超大直径泥水盾构施工风险防控方法研究 被引量:9

摘要 超大直径盾构施工技术以其安全、高效的特点,在长大隧道施工中得到越来越广泛的应用。但在穿越复杂地层掘进施工时,仍面临多项施工风险。针对苏埃通道越海隧道工程的特点和施工难点,总结了超大直径泥水盾构在施工中存在的主要风险,具体表现在始发风险、软硬不均地层刀具配置风险以及开挖面失稳风险等。通过开展岩机作用机理试验、始发相关参数模拟与分析试验、开挖面稳定性数值试验等,提出大直径泥水盾构施工中存在主要风险的解决办法,对提高施工现场的掘进效率和减少施工事故具有重要意义。 Super-large diameter shield construction technology has been more and more widely applied in the long tunnels because of its safety and high efficiency.However,there are still many construction risks when driving through complex strata.The paper presents Suai tunnel project in Shantou.According to the project characteristics and construction difficulties,the main risks in construction of super large diameter slurry shield are summarized,which are embodied in the risk of starting,the cutter configuration risk in soft and hard non-uniform strata,and the risk of instability of excavation face.The solutions to the main risks in the construction of large-diameter slurry shield are put forward,which are very helpful to improve the excavation efficiency and reduce construction accidents,and have important reference value and guiding significance for promoting the development of super-large-diameter slurry shield technology in China.
