不同成像技术在腰椎金属植入物患者MRI中应用 被引量:4

Application of different imaging techniques in MRI detection of patients with lumber spine metallic implants

摘要 目的探讨DIXON序列及去金属伪影(syngo WARP)序列在腰椎金属植入物患者MRI中应用价值。方法选择32例行MRI检查腰椎金属植入物患者,其中男性16例,女性16例,年龄27~78岁,平均年龄59岁。进行腰椎MRI常规序列矢状位(T1tsesag)和横轴位(T2tsetra)、DIXON序列的矢状位(T2tsedixonsag),以及syngo WARP序列矢状位(T1tsesagWARP、T2tsesagWARP、T2tirmsagWARP)和横轴位(T2tsetraWARP)序列扫描。从图像清晰度、金属伪影和抑脂均匀性三个方面,用主观法对图像质量进行评价。结果 DIXON序列与syngo WARP序列所得图像的图像清晰度评分相比,前者的图像清晰度更高[3.63±1.12(1.5 T) vs 3.15±0.91(1.5 T),t=1.193,P=0.019;3.61±0.83(3.0 T)vs 3.01±0.98(3.0 T),t=2.741,P=0.032];两个序列金属伪影评分比较,后者金属伪影去除效果更佳[2.98±0.88(1.5 T)vs 3.59±0.69(1.5 T),t=6.018,P=0.027;2.92±0.65(3.0 T) vs 3.48±1.08(3.0 T),t=5.289,P=0.029];两个序列抑脂均匀性评分比较,差异无统计学意义[3.41±0.97(1.5 T) vs 3.22±0.71(1.5 T),t=-13.351,P> 0.05;3.43±0.75(3.0 T)vs 3.25±0.81(3.0 T),t=15.214,P> 0.05]。结论在腰椎金属植入物患者MRI检查中,syngo WARP序列虽然在金属伪影去除方面优于DIXON序列,但其图像清晰度要低于后者。适当选择运用方可获得高质量的MRI图像。 Objective To investigate the application value of DIXON and syngo WARP in MRI detection of patients with lumber spine metallic implants.Methods A total of 32 patients with metallic prosthesis in lumbar spine were enrolled,which included 16 males and 16 females,aged 27-78 years old and with mean age of 59 years old.All of them were performed conventional MRI sagittal sequence(T1tsesag)and transverse sequence(T2tsetra),DIXON sagittal sequence(T2tsedixonsag)and syngo WARP sagittal sequence(T1tsesagWARP,T2tsesagWARP,T2tirmsagWARP)and transverse sequence(T2tsetraWARP).The image quality was evaluated in image clarity score,metal artifact score and fat suppression homogeneity score by subjective method.Results The image clarity score of DIXON was higher than that of syngo WARP((3.63±1.12(1.5 T)vs 3.15±0.91(1.5 T),t=1.193,P=0.019;3.61±0.83(3.0 T)vs 3.01±0.98(3.0 T),t=2.741,P=0.032))The metal artifact removal score of DIXON was lower than that of syngo WARP((2.98±0.88(1.5 T)vs 3.59±0.69(1.5 T),t=6.018,P=0.027;2.92±0.65(3.0 T)vs 3.48±1.08(3.0 T),t=5.289,P=0.029))The fat suppression homogeneity score in DIXON and syngo WARP was no significant different(3.41±0.97(1.5 T)vs 3.22±0.71(1.5 T),t=-13.351,P>0.05;3.43±0.75(3.0 T)vs 3.25±0.81(3.0 T),t=15.214,P>0.05)Conclusion It is demonstrated that although syngo WARP is better than DIXON on metal artifacts removal,its image clarity is lower than that of DIXON in MRI of patients with lumber spine metallic implants.Higher quality MRI images can be obtained by selecting the appropriate sequence.
