摘要
本文论述了低聚木糖的结构、理化性质、生物学特性、应用及其生产与提纯的各种方法,特别重点讨论了木聚糖酶解产低聚木糖。由于低聚木糖是由木聚糖水解得到的,本文还论述了木聚糖的来源、结构及从原料中提取本聚糖的各种方法。
This paper discusses the structure, physical and chemical properties, biological characteristics, application , and various methods of the production and refinement of xylooligosaccharide. The production of xylooligosaccharide by the hydrolysis of xylan with enzymes is discussed especially and emphatically in the paper. Because xylooligosaccharide is obtained by the hydrolysis of xylan, this paper also discusses the source and structure of xylan, and various methods of extracting xylan from raw materials.
