人乳头瘤状病毒(HPV)感染与抑癌基因p16突变在食管鳞癌中相关研究进展

摘要 食管癌是一种恶性程度较高、死亡率较高的消化道恶性肿瘤,在我国癌症发病率中居第四位,以食管鳞状细胞癌多见。早期多无明显特异性症状,常被忽视,一旦出现相关症状,如吞咽困难、吞咽痛、胸骨后疼痛、声音嘶哑、体重下降等,多为中晚期,预后较差。因此针对其病因进行预防成为当前研究的重点。食管癌的发病机制尚未完全明确,针对其病因学研究,目前已证实其发生是一个涉及多因素,多步骤的长期过程。年龄、
