培养基对链格孢属(Alternaria Nees)真菌种级形态分类特征影响的研究 被引量:13

摘要 通过对链格孢属(Alternaria Nees)12个种在自然奇主、PDA培养基、1/4PDA培养基、水洋菜麦秆培养基和滤纸培养基上的测定表明:生长在自然寄主上的本属真菌形态特征典型,滤纸培养纸上的特征最接近自然培养基。分生孢子的着生方式,分生孢子隔膜,分生孢喙部形态和喙长与孢身长的比值等形态特征在不同培养基上生长相对稳定,可做为该属真菌形态分类的种级标准。 By Testing for characters of 12 spec.es of Alternaria Nees in PDA media, 1/4PDA media, argar with wheat straw, paper tissue media and natural hosts showed that: 1. Natural hosts were the best media for classification purpose for this groups of Alternaria Nees; 2. The morphology of conidia and conidiogenous structures of the iungi were relatively typical and less variations in nature hosts; 3. For the same purpose a paper tissue media was recommended; 4. The following characters were the most important criteria at species rank for the fungi of this genus: a) the arrangement of conidia on conidiopheres; b) the number of conidia septa; c) morphology of conidial beak.
