高职院校《金融职业操守》课程的创新与规划

Innovation and planning of "Financial Ethics" Courses in Vocational Colleges

随着我国经济体制转型,高职教育的发展也逐渐走出重技能、轻素质的培养方式,素质教育成为高职教育必不可少的部分,尤其是在一些具有行业背景的高职院校,素质教育就显得更为重要。金融类高职院校承担着为金融机构培养大批金融一线从业人员的重担,因此对于素质教育中的德育教育更应常抓不懈。随着金融危机、次贷危机的发生,以及金融领域犯罪的频繁发生,金融行业对于从业人员的职业操守愈发重视。针对《金融职业操守》课程在高职院校开设的情况,结合行业特点以及90后学生的特征,合理规划课程设置及创新课程讲授模式具有重要意义。

With the transformation of China's economy,the development of vocational education has gradually gone out of the model of strong skills and weak qualities. Quality education has become an essential part of vocational education,particularly in some vocational hospital with industry background. Financial vocational colleges undertake the train of large numbers of financial front- line practitioners,and therefore the moral education should be unremitting. With the frequent occurrence of the financial crisis,subprime mortgage crisis,and crimes of financial areas,financial industry pays more attention to emplyees' conduct and redards it as an important component of quality education. According to the ' Financial Ethics' courses offered at vocational colleges,combined with industry characteristics and the characteristics of post 90 s students,rational planning the curriculum and innovating curriculum teaching pattern are very important.
