摘要
职业教育教师教学能力的提高是职业教育实现教学目标的关键,而职业教育教师教学能力的自我提高是职业教师队伍整体教学能力提高的基本途径。PDCA是由戴明将休哈特的PDS循环进一步完善,发展成为"计划-执行-检查-处理(Plan-Do-Check/Study-Act)"这样一个质量持续改进模型。由于它在质量管理方面的广泛应用,已被现代企业管理者普遍使用。以PDCA循环及八个实现步骤为依据,以教师自我提高、自我驱动的基本思想为指导,才能实现职业院校教师教学能力的自我提升。
Improving occupational teachers' teaching ability is the key to achieve the goal teaching goals,and the basic way to improve the overall teaching ability of teaching team. PDCA( Plan-Do-Check/Study-Act) is a continuous quality improvement model. Due to its wide application in quality management,it has been widely used in modern enterprise management. Based on PDCA cycle and eight steps and taking teacher's self- improvement and self driven as guidance,we can achieve the self promotion of occupational college teachers' teaching ability.
