沥青混凝土路面裂缝分布规律及影响因素分析

Analysis on Distribution Rule and Influence Factors of Asphalt Concrete Pavement

为研究沥青混凝土路面的裂缝分布规律及影响因素,采用实地调查法和抽样调查法,对兰州市若干段沥青混凝土路面的裂缝状况进行调查和测量工作,得到研究路段的裂缝分布规律,并基于统计学原理,分析裂缝与上下行、裂缝与直弯道的相关性,得到裂缝的影响因素及可能成因。结果表明,同一工程项目的不同路段,开裂情况相差很大;弯道在较低一侧的路面开裂更严重;缝的发展过程是由最初的一些小裂缝逐渐发展搭接贯通逐渐形成大的裂缝;行车荷载是裂缝产生的主要原因之一。

In order to study the distribution rule and influence factors of asphalt concrete pavement,we use investigating method and sampling survey method to measure and investigate crack situation of segments of asphalt concrete pavement in Lanzhou. Through investigation and measurement,we get the crack distribution lawof surveyed road sections. In addition to that,based on the statistical principle,we get influence factors and possible causes of cracks on asphalt concrete pavement by retrospectively analyzing correlation between cracks and driving direction,as well as cracks and the shape of the road. The survey results show4 aspects. There are different degrees and huge discrepancy of cracks in different road sections of one same engineering project. The crack situation of curves is more serious on the lower side of roads. The development of cracks is formed by the gradual process of small seamed fractures and gradually transformed into large cracks. The driving load is one of the main causes of the cracks.
