镀镍层对铜铝金属间化合物的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用CMT焊对已镀镍T2和Al1060进行焊接,对接头的形貌及物相进行观察和分析,研究镀镍层厚度对铜铝焊接接头组织及性能的影响规律。结果表明:镀层厚度随着镀镍时间的增加呈现先增加后减小的变化趋势;镀镍层的存在使焊接接头处有含镍相的存在,表明镍层有效地阻断了铜铝之间的相互扩散;随着镀镍层厚度的增加,焊接接头处铜铝金属间化合物厚度减小;焊接接头最大抗拉强度为70.77MPa。 The nickel-plated T2 and Al1060 were welded by CMT welding.The morphology and phase of the joint were observed and analyzed.The influence of the thickness of the nickel-plated layer on the microstructure and properties of the copper-aluminum welded joint was studied.The results showed that the thickness of the coating increased first and then decreased with the time of nickel plating.The presence of nickel-plated layer results in the presence of nickel-containing phase at the welding joint,which indicates that the nickel layer effectively blocks the mutual diffusion of copper and aluminum.The thickness of intermetallic compound between copper and aluminum decreases with the increase of the thickness of nickel plating layer.The maximum tensile strength of the welded joint is 70.77 MPa.
