提出了一种采用89C51单片机进行控制的Y7215型蜗杆砂轮磨齿机数控化改造的实现方法,详细介绍了控制系统的硬件结构、软件设计和改造效果。
This paper presents a NC reform method for Y7215 worm wheel gear grinding machine that adopts 89C51 MCU to do the controlling. Hardware structure, software design and reform effect of the control system are introduced in details.
