基于Solidworks的汽车起动机性能试验柔性台架的开发

Development of a Flexible Performance Test Rig for Automobile Starters by Use of Solidworks

为了实现汽车起动机性能CAT系统的通用性和多功能,基于三维CAD软件Solidworks开发了一种能对多种型号起动机进行多种性能试验的柔性台架。介绍了该柔性台架的设计思想、主要机构的设计以及系统的集成与实现。

In order to meet the general-utility and multi-function requirements of a performance CAT system for automobile starters, a flexible test rig which can do various experiments for most types of starters is developed by use of the 3-D CAD software Solidworks. System design, design of the main mechanisms and system integration and realization of the flexible lest rig are presented in this paper.
