摘要
通过卧式加工中心早期故障统计分析,找出液压系统的主要故障模式及故障现象,采用模糊综合评判法对液压系统早期故障严重度进行具体计算,明确加工中心使用过程中液压系统薄弱环节,并分析产生故障的原因,最后提出防止液压系统早期故障的具体措施。
The main malfunction pattern and malfunction phenomena can be identified by statistically analysis of early malfunction in horizontal machining center, the early malfunction severeness of the hydraulic pressure system can be calculated by using fuzzy synthetical judgments, the weakness of the hydraulic pressure system in the process of using the machining center will be identified, the cause of malfunction can be analyzed and the concrete measure will be brought forward for preventing early malfunction of the hydraulic pressure system.
