This paper introduces the application of PLC in the NC system, including imitation control , position control, digital quantity control and the application of the PLC to accurate site of two dimensions for economical numerical control tool, and discusses the function of control system and the design of hardware and software in detail. The accurate control of the CISC machine tool is also realized.
