描述了一种对回转类零件进行滚压的工艺方法,将滚压工具施压于工件表面产生变形,滚压压力可通过弹簧进行调节,滚压产生的变形能提高工件表面的光滑度和硬度。不同的压力和轴向进给速度可滚压出不同的粗糙度和硬度。
The Paper describes the method smooth rolling in surface area of a circular workpiece.The deformation process is carried out by the rolling of the tool which is pressed on to the workpiece surface. The pressure of rolling is regulated by the springs of the tool. The deformation can give beside the smoothening a hardening of the surface area. Variation of the pressure and the axial speed results in different roughness and hardening.
