摘要
在分析现有概念设计系统的基础之上,提出了面向可拓知识集成的创新设计系统框架,详细分析了系统的主要模块可拓知识表示模块、遗传方案求解模块、方案评价模块及其中所用到的关键技术。最后针对正在开发的减速器创新设计系统,说明了系统知识库数据库的建立方法、原则等,以及进化算法中染色体编码和适应值度函数的建立方法。以此验证所提系统结构的可行性与有效性。
After analyzing the existing systems of conceptual designthe paper puts forward an innovative design system orienting to knowledge integration based on Extension theory. The paper also analyzes the main modules such as extension knowledge representation module, scheme design module, scheme-evaluated module and some key technology used in the system. Finally, it combines with reducer product and then explains the rules used to setup up database and repository. It also analyses the code chromosomes and fitness function. The method is verified to be validity and to be right by this system frame.
