Along with China join in WTO and the actualizing of strategic policy of exploiting the west of China, Xin Jiang put forword the target of modern stock raising and took strong method , the dominant industry such as milk industry and fine wool sheep industry are taking on driving tendency. The article set forth the method of promoting modern stock raising by adjusting industry stucture in Xin Jiang, tabling a proposal for stock breeding in future .
