Administrating the Nation According to the Constitution and Enhancing the Construction of Democracy and Rule of Law

回顾现行宪法颁布20年及实施过程中的三次修正的历程,提出依法治国必须首先依宪治国,加强民主法治建设。

The promulgation of the existing Constitution is reviewed, as well as three times of modifications in the process of 20 years' implement. It is brought up that administrating the nation according to the law must first do it according to the Constitution, and enhance the construction of democracy and rule of law.
