支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内后交通动脉宽颈动脉瘤

Stent and Coils Endovascular Embolization of Intracranial Wide-neck Aneurysms

目的 :探讨支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞颅内后交通动脉宽颈动脉瘤的血管内治疗方法。方法 :回顾性分析宣武医院神经外科 2 0 0 1年 10月至 2 0 0 2年 10月间 5例应用支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞颅内动脉瘤的病例。结果 :5例病人的后交通宽颈动脉瘤应用该联合技术均得以成功栓塞 ,术后抗凝抗血小板治疗 ,无血管内治疗相关严重并发症。结论 :支架辅助弹簧圈血管内栓塞技术对颅内后交通动脉宽颈动脉瘤治疗具有重要的临床价值 ,但该技术仍需不断改善 。

Objective:To investigate endovascular treatment of intracranial wide-neck aneurysms of posterior communicating artery(PCoA)with stents and coils.Methods:Five cases of intracranial wide-neck aneuysms of PCoA were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All cases of intracranial aneurysms were embolized successfully with this technique,and anti-coagulation and anti-platelet therapy were performed after operation,and no sevre technique-associated complication occurred.Conclusion:Endovascular treatment with stents and coils is very useful for wide-neck aneurysms in some special intracranial stites,but the technique should be further improved,and its long-term therapeutic effect needs further evaluated.
