VBMCD方案联合大剂量胸腺肽治疗多发性骨髓瘤的临床研究

The Clinical Survey of VBMCD Regimen Combined with High Dose Thymosin in Multiple Myeloma

目的 :评价VBMCD方案联合大剂量胸腺肽治疗多发性骨髓瘤 (MM)的临床效果。方法 :应用临床实验研究方法 ,按入院顺序采用区组随机分组法将病例分成实验组与对照组 ,实验组采用VBMCD联合大剂量胸腺肽治疗方案 ,对照组采用改良M2 治疗方案。治疗观察 4个疗程后进行近期疗效评价。结果 :实验组与对照组治疗的有效率分别为 95 0 %及 5 5 0 % ,两组差异有极显著性 (P <0 0 1)。两种方案治疗后 ,VBMCD联合大剂量胸腺肽方案各项临床疗效指标变化除尿本周氏蛋白阳性转阴率差异无显著性外 ,均较改良M2 法差异有显著性 (P<0 0 5 ) ;主要毒副作用的比较差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;本治疗未见肾功能损伤 ,未见永久性造血干细胞损害和治疗相关性死亡。结论 :VBMCD方案联合大剂量胸腺肽治疗多发性骨髓瘤在临床上疗程短 ,疗效高 ,可以增强病人的抵抗力及对化疗药物的耐受性 ,化疗间歇延长。是一种经济实用 ,有推广应用价值的方案。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of the VBMCD regimen combined with high dose thymosin in multiple myeoloma(MM).Methods:Cases were equally divided into two groups.The experimental group use the VBMCD regimen combined with high dose thymosin and the controls use improved M2 regimen.Afrer four treatment course evaluate the effect in the near future.Results:The effective rate of the experimental group is 95 0% and that of the control group is 55 0%.There is significant difference between the experimental group and control group( P <0 05).The clinical effective markers of the patients of the exparimental group have more significantly changed than those of the control group( P <0 05)except that the Bence-Jones proteinuria turned to be negative.No significant difference of side effect between the two groups( P >0 05).There is no renal function damage,permanent hemopoietic stem cellular deficiency and death related to therapy.Conclusion:The advantages of the VBMCD regimen combined with high dose thymosin in the treatment of multiple myeloma are short duration and high efficiency.The resistance and the tolerance for drugs of patients should be reinforced.The VBMCD regimen combined with high dose in multiple myeloma is an economical regimen which can be spreaded to adopt.
