摘要 目的 :评价工业上常用纤维矿物粉尘表面游离OH-的毒性并用有机弱酸对其进行减毒处理 ,探讨其损伤机制。方法 :以细胞死亡率、乳酸脱氢酶 (lactatedehydrogenaseLDH)、超氧化物歧化酶 (superoxidedismutaseSOD)、丙二醛 (malondialdehydeMDA)为毒性指标 ,观察纤维矿物粉尘对肺泡巨噬细胞的毒性 ,并用低浓度的有机弱酸处理各粉尘 ,观察对人红细胞 (RBC)的溶血率及MDA的变化。结果 :不含OH-的斜发沸石、纤维硅灰石未表现出细胞毒性 ,纤维坡缕石及纤维水镁石因含不同的OH-而表现出不同的细胞毒性。用低浓度的有机弱酸处理纤维坡缕石及纤维水镁石后能显著降低其对RBC的毒性。结论 :纤维矿物粉尘的细胞毒性与其表面OH-呈正相关 ; Objective:To evaluate the cytotoxicity and induced mechanism of surface free OH - of industrial fibrous mineral dusts.Methods:Cell death ratio?lactate dehydrogenate(LDH)?superoxide dismitase(SOD)and malandialdehyde(MDA)were determined to observe the cytotoxicity of pulmonary alveolar macrophage by fibrous mineral dusts.After treated with low concentration of organic acids,the percentage of hemolysis and MDA were used to observe the cytotoxcity of human erythrocyte.Results:Fibrous wollastonite(FW)and tanulate clinoptilolite(TC),which had no OH -,had no cytotoxcity,while fibrous palygorskite(FP) and fibrous brucite(FB)damaged pulmonary alveolar macrophages in various degrees because of the different OH - levels.The percentage of hemolysis and MDA would decreased apparently after fibrous palygorskite and fibrous brucite were treated by low concentration of organic acids.Conclusion:The cytotoxcity of fibrous mineral dusts may be related to OH - levels on the mineral dust surface.Organic acid can decrease the cytotoxcity of fibrous mineral dust.
