本文认为百色地区由于地处祖国南疆,整个教育的发展水平较低,特别是高等教育的发展十分滞后。面对经济全球化、知识信息化及全国全区高等教育“大众化”的趋势,必须抓住机遇,迎接挑战,切实解决实现高等教育“大众化”的几个问题。
