我国加入WTO后给法学教育发展和改革提供了一个千载难逢的契机和平台。法律基础课作为我国法学教育和高等学校非法律专业学生思想政治教育课的重要组成部分,是培养大学生法制观念和法律意识的主渠道。而目前法律基础课传统的教学内容、教学方法与教学模式等诸多方面已不适应社会发展的需要,有必要进行教学改革。

China's entering WTO provides a rare chance for the development and reform of law education.The course of basic law, the most important part of the law education and political education to the non - major law students, is the main way to build the undergraduates' view of law. However, the present teaching contents,methods, and models, etc,can not meat the need of the development of the society.So,it's necessary to carry on some reform on teaching.
