兴奋性氨基酸在视网膜缺血中的作用

摘要 目的 :探讨并论述视网膜缺血性损伤中兴奋性氨基酸的神经毒性作用和拮抗剂的基础研究。方法 :阅读关于视网膜缺血性损伤和兴奋性氨基酸方面的文献并进行总结。结果 :视网膜缺血时兴奋性氨基酸过度释放导致神经元死亡。结论 :兴奋性氨基酸的神经毒性作用介导视网膜缺血性损伤 。 Objective:To inquire and expound the neurotoxicity played by excitatory amino acids and fundamental research on antagonists during ischemic retinal damage.Methods:Reading the literature about ischemic retinal damage and excitatory amino acids ,then summarizing them.Results:The release of excess excitatory amino acids caused neuronal death in ischemic retina.Conclusion:The neutotoxicity played by excitatory amino acids involves in retinal ischemia injury,excitatory amino acids receptor antagonists may protect retinal neuron.
