人才是21世纪高校实现跨越式发展的关键。本文试图概括中外高校人才引进策略的特点,并通过比较分析,指出二者的异同。
Talented persons are the key point for colleges and universities to accomplish great development in the 21st century. This essay tries to summarize the characteristics of Chinese and foreign colleges and universities' tactics of recommending talented persons and points out their similarities and differences by comparison.
