补阳还五汤加减治疗机化性肺炎疗效观察

Clinical observation on Buyang Huanwu decoction in treating organizing pneumonia

目的:观察补阳还五汤加减治疗机化性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:23例机化性肺炎患者均服用补阳还五汤加减治疗,疗程为3个月。观察治疗前后中医症状积分及影像学改变。结果:23例患者临床症状消失或明显改善,胸部影像学示炎性阴影吸收,或者只遗留少许纤维化条索影。结论:补阳还五汤加减治疗机化性肺炎疗效满意,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe curative effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction in treating organizing pneumonia. Methods:23 cases were treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction for 3 months. The symptom integrals and imaging changes were observed before and after treatment. Results:Clinical symptoms of 23 cases were disappeared or improved significantly. The chest radiograph showed that inflammatory shadow was absorbed. And a few fibrilliform was discovered in 11 cases. Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu decoction is effective to organizing pneumonia,and is worthy of clinical application.
