摘要
目的:对比九香虫不同提取部位对两种实验性胃溃疡模型大鼠的抗溃疡作用。方法:分别采用无水乙醇灌胃和应激性刺激造成实验性胃溃疡大鼠模型,分组给予九香虫脂肪油、氨基酸、水煎液和西咪替丁片,观察并记录各组大鼠的溃疡指数。结果:九香虫脂肪油能够明显降低两种实验性胃溃疡大鼠的溃疡指数(P<0.01)。结论:九香虫具有抗溃疡作用,脂肪油可能是其发挥抗溃疡的物质基础。
Objective:To compare protective effect of different extracts from Aspongopus on experimental gastric ulcer rat models. Methods:Gastric ulcer rats were induced by Intragastric administration of ethanol and stress-induced stimulus respectively,then the rats in different groups were given Aspongopus fatty oil,amino acids,the decoction and cimetidine tablets respectively,the ulcer index was observed and compared. Results:Compared with the model group,ulcer index was decreased in Aspongopus fat oil group(P<0.01). Conclusion:Aspongopus has protective effects to ulcer.Its effective ingredient may be fatty oil.
