基于《黄帝内经》“形”“神”理念浅析体质与人格的关系

Relationship between physique and personality based on the idea of body and spirit in The Inner Canon of Huangdi

"形""神"作为人体生命活动过程中最基本的两个方面,《黄帝内经》对二者进行了详细的描述,包括各自的内涵、机能,彼此之间的联系,"形神合一"等理念。随着"生物—心理—社会"现代医学模式的发展,身心医学应运而生,而与此必不可少的两个概念,"体质"与"人格",作为其最基本的两大要素,也不容忽视。以中医体质与人格心理对比"形""神"理念,从双方内涵的相通性和共同点入手,并立足中医整体观,逐步探研二者之间的关系。

Body and spirit as two essential aspects of human′s life activity,The Inner Canon of Huangdi gave detailed explanations including concept,function,connection and the theory of unification of body and spirit.With the develop of biological-psychological-social modern medical model,psychosomatic medicine was born at the right moment.Physique and personality,as two fundamental elements,should not be ignored.We compared physique and personality to body and spirit of traditional Chinese medicine and explore their relations step by step starting from similarity and commonality of the connotation.
