含分布式能源的电网优化调度研究

摘要 随着售电侧改革的推进,需求侧用户和电网公司的博弈关系发生变化。自建分布式能源的能源服务商能够以售电主体的身份向电网公司和售电公司售电。在分析售电侧改革对需求侧博弈行为影响的基础上,构建了能源服务商群体和电网公司之间的博弈模型,得出售电价格区间,并构建了能源服务商个体之间的博弈模型,讨论了电网收益和系统网损的关系,并且以修改的IEEE-39节点电力系统验证了模型及算法的实际价值。 With the advancement of the power-sale reform,the game relationship between demand-side users and grid companies has been changed.Energy service providers who build their own distributed energy can sell electricity to grid companies and power-sale companies as the main body of electricity sales.Firstly,the impact of the power-sale reform on the demand-side game behavior is analyzed.Secondly,agame model between the energy service provider group and the grid companies is built,which can yield the electricity price range.Finally,agame model between the individual energy service providers is obtained.The models discuss the relationship between the grid revenue and the system network loss and validate the actual value of the models and the algorithm with the modified IEEE-39 node power system.
