在F级燃机第四级导流环产品零件的每个孤段两端面上,存在一种特殊的封闭式窄深槽。对这种封闭式窄深槽的特种加工技术进行研究,采用全新的创新思路。选取合理的电脉冲加工工艺方法与工装,减少加工变形,保证图纸加工要求,提高加工效率,降低加工成本,确保加工进度。解决了封闭式窄深槽生产中的难题。

There is a kind of special seal groove on both ends of each arc segment of the fourth guide ring parts in F class gas turbine.This paper makes research on the special processing technology of closed narrow deep groove,using new innovative thinking and selecting the reasonable processing method of electric pulse processing and tool equipment.It solves the problem of closed narrow deep groove in the production.At the same time it reduces the deformation,improves processing efficiency,reduces processing costs and ensuring the drawing processing requirements.This work has accumulated valuable experience for special processing technology of closed narrow deep groove.
