摘要 在广东红海湾发电有限公司3#主变压器满负荷运行时开展红外热成像检查,发现箱沿存在过热现象。通过对缺陷原因的分析,明确了缺陷可能产生的原因及影响。结合主变压器的结构特点,综合使用变压器油样分析、声音检查、振动检测、局部放电试验等方法,分析判断变压器内部部件的运行情况及绝缘状态。明确现场实际情况,制定处理方案,开展缺陷处理工作,但却加剧了缺陷程度。在进一步完善处理思路后,再次处理缺陷,彻底解决了问题。对分析、判断同类型缺陷变压器的运行状态、缺陷产生原因和制定正确的处理方案都具有一定的参考意义。 During the period of infrared thermography inspection when the No.3 main transformer of Guangdong Red Bay Generation Co.,Ltd.at full load operation,the tank along overheating was found.After analyzing the reasons of defect,the defect cause and influence that may arise have been identified.The running conditions and insulation state of the main transformer internal components were analyzed and judged,has integrated the use of transformer oil sample analysis,sound check,vibration testing,partial discharge test methods and combined with the main transformer structural characteristics.On the basis of actual field conditions,management alternative program was formulated and carried out,but the actual degree of defect intensified.After the perfection of management alternative,the defect was processed again and the problem was solved thoroughly.For a transformer with the same type of defects in the analysis and determine its running conditions,the defect cause and formulate the correct management alternative,this article has some reference value.
