摘要
针对汽轮机转子加工中出现的碰撞干涉等问题,提出了汽轮机转子仿真系统的总体方案;对仿真系统的功能进行了分解与分析,并对系统实现的关键技术进行了深入研究;应用加工实例验证了仿真系统的有效性。
To the question of collision when machining turbine rotor,this paper provides a general planning of Numerical Control(NO program simulation system,analyzes the function of the simulation platform.And the key technology of this system implementation has conducted in-depth research.Finally,the application of process example has demonstrated the effectiveness of the simulation platform.
