摘要
针对大型3辊卷板机在自主研发过程中的诸多技术难点,设计了防转、防摆动机构、斜楔预调装置、反压防振系统等新型结构,有效地解决了下工作辊辊距调节过程中主传动装置自由旋转及摆动问题,上、下工作辊受力引起的弯曲变形的补偿问题,以及设备在运行过程中产生的巨大振动如何消除问题等;同时采用有限元分析法对该设备的关键部件进行了有限元优化设计。该卷板机已研发成功并投入使用。
For the encountered technical difficulties of large three-roll bending machine independent research and development,many new structures which include the anti rotation and anti swing mechanism,wedge pre adjusting device,and back pressure vibration control system were applied on this product,and effectively have solved the problems for free rotary and swing of main drive when adjusting the roll distance of the bottom work roll,the compensation problem of the bending deformation caused by the force of the top and bottom working rolls,and how to eliminate huge vibration generated by the equipment in the process of running etc.In addition,the key parts of this product are optimized by using the finite element analysis method.This product has already been produced successfully and put into use.
