重庆直流受端电网低频振荡阻尼分析及对策 被引量:1

摘要 为解决重庆电网的稳定性问题,以2015年和2017年规划数据为依据,利用中国电力科学研究院电力系统所消化吸收美国邦纳维尔电力局开发的潮流和稳定程序(PSD-BPA)以及其包含的小干扰分析软件包(PSD-SSAP)进行了小干扰稳定计算。研究了重庆地区接入特高压直流后,重庆电网系统小扰动时的低频振荡阻尼特性,电力系统稳定器(PSS)和直流附加控制(DCM)对系统阻尼特性的影响,以及两者之间的协调配合策略。对DCM进行了时域仿真的校核,研究结果表明,在小干扰情况下,重庆电网的阻尼较大,能够抑制低频振荡的发生。 To solve stability problems of Chongqing grid,planning data in the year of 2015 and2017 were as the basis,Power System Department-Bonneville Power Administration(PSD-BPA) and Power System Department-Small Signal Analysis Package(PSD-SSAP) were used for the small signal stability calculations.After the placement of Chongqing ultra high voltage direct current(UHVDC),damping characteristics of Chongqing grid,the influence of power system stabilizer(PSS) and direct current modulation(DCM) on the system,as well as the coordination between the two strategies have been studied.Verification of time-domain simulation about direct current modulation has also been carried out,the results showed that under small interfering circumstances,dampings of Chongqing were large so that the occurrence of low frequency oscillation could be suppressed.
