摘要 介绍了一种2D机器视觉检测技术。当多种类型工件混合放置时,能在同一个视觉处理程序中识别出每一种类型的工件:在机器人使用二指手爪从料盘中抓取工件时,能够判别出手爪是否会与相邻工件发生运动干涉。通过试验验证了该视觉检测技术的正确性和适用性,它能有效提高工件分拣工作的自动化程度,对工业应用具有实用价值。 A 2D machine vision delecting technology was introduced.It has involved the parts recognition method of distinguishing a certain kind of part from several different kinds of parts in one visual processing program,and the interference detection method was able to judge.Whether the gripper would occur movement interfere with surrounding parts while the rohot was picking a certain part using a two-finger gripper.The validity and feasibility of the vision detecting technology has been verified by tests.It could upgrade the automation level of parts sorting,and it has practical value to industrial automation.
