摘要 运用SolidWorks软件设计了一款用于高压变频器的四象限H桥功率单元,建立了该单元的三维模型。通过建立用户模型库和使用标准模型库,方便设计者重复调用,缩短设计周期。利用SolidWorks软件中热力学仿真功能,验证了该单元中发热功率器件与散热器排布的合理性,检验了散热效果。利用SolidWorks软件中的测量工具和干涉检查功能,检验装配问题,优化了四象限H桥功率单元的结构设计。 Using SolidWorks software designed a four-quadrant H-bridge power unit used in high voltage converter.And three-dimensional model of the unit has established.Through the establishment of user model library and to use the standard model library,that is convenient to designers repeated calls,shorten the design cycle.Using SolidWorks thermodynamic simulation function has verified rationality of configuration between heating power device and the radiator in the power unit.And it has tested the cooling effect of the power unit.At the same time,it can checkout assembly problem through SolidWorks measurement tools and interference checking.And that has optimized structure design of the four-quadrant H-bridge power unit.
