摘要
利用顺序耦合有限元方法对某二维轴对称转子启动过程进行了热固耦合分析,得到了启动过程温度场、热应力场及离心力耦合作用下的应力场。通过应力场分析发现,转子启动过程耦合作用应力呈现先增后减的趋势,最大应力超过了材料屈服极限,对转子寿命有较大影响。根据分析结果,需要对转子启动过程以及转子结构进行优化。
Using sequential coupling finite element method,thermal-structure coupling axisymmetric rotor,and the temperature fields,thermal-stress fields and centrifugal force fields caused by thermal and rotational body force were studied.The results indicated that in the period of start the stress showed a trend of increase after decrease at first,and the maximum stress exceeded the material yield limit.Some measures should be taken to optimize the starting curve and structure to reduce the effects of stress.
