摘要 基于CFX12.1计算平台,对新开发的混流泵内部三维流动进行定常数值模拟,预测水泵的性能。根据流场分析结果,对混流泵结构进行优化,得到性能优异的混流泵模型。将优化后的模型制作实型泵,在高精度试验台上进行了性能试验。试验结果表明,采用计算流体学动力(CFD)技术优化后的混流泵模型达到了设计要求。 The flow within the designed mixed-flow pump was simulated based on the ANSYS CFX.12.1.The pump performance and the flow field within the pump wer obtained.Based on the numerical simulation results,the structure of the pump was optimized to obtain the best performance.According to the numerical optimization model,the mixed flow pump model was made to carry out experimental test on the high precision test bed.The test results show that the mixed-flow pump optimized by computational fluid dynamics(CFD) has reached the design requirement.
