白云石耐火材料物相分析—Ⅱ(二步法煅烧白云石机理研究)

摘要 本报告用X-射线衍射法测定白云石耐火材料二步法煅烧过程的机理。结果说明白云石在1200℃一次煅烧后,只要少量重质氧化镁生成,它就可以形成结晶中心(晶核)。所以,部分水化后留下10%左右的重质氧化镁可以在较低温度下制得质量好的耐火材料。 This paper gives an account of the application of the X-ray diffraction analysis method to the determination of the mechanism on the formation of the burnt dolomite carries out in two stele,when dolomite has been burnt lightly at 1200℃,only a small amount of heavy magnisium oxide is formed.The tiny magnesium oxide crystallites formed act as the crystallization centers for the recrystallization of the light MgO to the heavy MgO in the second burning step.Therefore,if we retain about 10% of the heavy MgO after partial hydration,a high grade of refractory material can be obtained at a relatively lower temperature from the dolomite.
